For over 30 years Behling Orchards has
made cider the old fashioned way. Our cider mill uses
a rack and cloth technique that captures the flavor
of the apples the same way my great-grandfather made
cider. We start by picking the apples fresh from our
orchard. There are no preservatives or additives in
our cider, only what Mother Nature provides. We pay
close attention to which varieties of apples we put in to the cider. Blending the right
amount of each type of apple gives our cider that "just
right flavor." We make and bottle the cider right in
our apple barn. Cider is available from mid-September
thru November. Cider can be purchased in ½ gallon or
gallon containers in our store. We also fill 50 gallon
barrels for those interested in making hard cider. We
offer the barrel and all needed accessories (please
call for pricing).
All of our cider except for hard cider use is U.V.'d for freshness and your health.
